Our logo includes a picture of the very thing we specialize in, the cownose stingray.





The Mid-Atlantic Bowfishing Association was created in 2007. We are an Organization that brings together bowfishermen in the Mid-Atlantic Region as well as promotes the sport of bowfishing, and its benefits to the ecosystem. We provide seminars and have members that provide lessons and charters to the public. We specialize in the biology and conservationism of Cownose Stingrays. Our first announcement is that Team Whistlin' Dixie Bowfishing from Chesapeake Virginia is excited to announce that they are providing cownose stingray charter trips this year as well as freshwater trips and are looking into the possibility of kayak charters.
